Mike came out and from the start understood what was creating the issue. Not only he is highly knowledgeable about home construction in general, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and hilarious! The team at Acorn was able to schedule us in 2 days before Christmas. If you were in the North East around Christmas 2022, you experienced that deep freeze that came through. If you want to know if your home was insulated right, nothing like freezing temps to show you. (THIS INSULATION HAD BEEN UP THERE FOR 70 YEARS) NEW INSULATION WAS INSTALLED AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THE CREWED CLEANED UP EVERYTHING , EVEN VACUUMED THE AREA IN THE ROOM. ALL BAGS OF OLD INSULATION WERE REMOVED PROMPTLY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE."
