"I called Ralph on Sunday as pipe broke under kitchen sink. I sent him video of the problem and we set appointment for Monday as he was able to squeeze me in on short notice. Ralph and his assistant, Peter came and Ralph gave me an estimate of the job. I said go ahead. Ralph and Peter did the following: Removed and replace drain waste line, dishwasher tail piece and new stainless steel basket strainer, new nuts and washer for connections. They ran water multiple times to test the system. Ralph was not happy with one of the connections, even though no water was leaking. He just did not feel right about it as if it was his own home and replaced the connection again. It's nice to see someone who takes so much pride in his work and will not finish the job until he is satisfied that it was done right. Will definitely hire again."

"Mark came and saved the day today. My bathroom sink and tub were not draining - when I ran the bathroom sink, water started flowing up from the drain in the bath tub. I had no idea what to expect, but expected the worst. Earlier, I had a Big Name plumbing company come, they supposedly 'snaked' the tub drain, but within a minute was telling me the drain pipe was corroded, that it was completely blocked, and we would need to replace the pipe and it would be thousands. Thank goodness my gut told me to get another opinion - In comes Scala's Sewer & Drain Cleaning, and Mark came within a half hour. He came in, looked at the situation, and confidently said "I'll have that unclogged for you" - the stress lifted from our shoulders. Came out the next day to attempt to snake two clogged tubs on second floor of a side-by-side two family home, connected to one sewer line.. Clog was more severe than expected. Came back next day with partner to find pipe where they join but it was behind kitchen cabinet of both homes. Decided to bypass existing line and run new lines from each tub, join them and then drop a sngle pipe to the basement and reconnect to near the main drain.
