The first was last summer when my AC system had issues and most recently was right before Thanksgiving when my steam boiler died. The boiler broke the Sunday before Thanksgiving. We called numerous plumbers that friends recommended - most of which either never called us back or they told us they wouldn't be able to do any work until the Monday after Thanksgiving (at earliest). We did get one estimate but it was a LOT more than we ever expected and more than anyone had suggested we should pay for a new boiler. Then we remembered Green Apple and gave them a call. They explained everything along the way and the cost never increased from what was quoted in the estimate, even with the late hours! In fact, they also installed a new thermostat and a valve for one of my radiators - all at no additional cost. In addition, they (team of 4 guys) fixed some prior issues with the old boiler that weren't up to code. They cleaned up everything and even gave me an estimate for additional work I will likely have done in the spring. I highly recommend Green Apple for all your HVAC work and plumbing!
