We just recovered from the flooding back in July. Clean up just about done and then on 8/26/25 came down to the basement finding the sink overflowing from the washing machine rinse cycle. Called Mo. he was here in an hour. Figured out the issue and snaked the drain out to the road. Cleared the clog, all was working great. "Servicing was performed on time within the 1 hour timeline given. An email was also sent just prior to their arrival with the name on the individual performing the service. The Service lasted about 45 minutes. The filter was changed, the air handler ( in attic) was checked for clogging in the tray and was kicked on to ensure unit was working properly. The condensing unit was pressure checked for proper refrigerant level and the unit was brushed, washed and cleaned both outside and inside the unit. The shutoff was also checked and cleaned ( it was full of dead bees from last season). The service was part of a contract to clean and service but AC and furnace."
