"From the initial quote to the finished job, Bill and his crew did fantastic work. They replaced old flashing, and repaired damaged plywood and brick at the base of the chimney. They were prompt, professional and attended to every detail. Bill informed me of damage discovered after the shingles were removed and he and the crew repaired it thoroughly and matched the shingles perfectly. On a very hot day, they even took the time to clean out my gutters and remove some branches and other debris from the roof. After they cleaned up the work site, you couldn’t tell they were ever there. I would highly recommend B&E Prime Construction and will definitely give Bill a call when future projects arise. "

They came out and "Fixed" the attic fans they installed, but come the summer, they don't run at all, and the attic reaches over 120 degrees. They told me I would need to pay their electrician to come back out, which for the two fans will be over $1,000. For a repair that costs over $20,000, I would expect better service than just being brushed off."
