Before the job begins he gives a detailed account of exactly what he's going to do and how much his labor costs will be. As well as an estimated time of completion. I have found his labor prices to be very reasonable, and is estimated completion times spot on. He is both efficient but has a wonderful eye for detail and makes sure that everything is right and what we want. I've always found him easy to talk to, he listens to what his client wants but also will give alternate suggestions that I have found extremely helpful. This is the third time I have worked with Billy Myers, and I and my family have been delighted with the results each time. When he is done with a renovation, he stages the room removes all trash and building debris, so everything looks brand new! I can wholeheartedly recommend William Meyer LLC. (I'm not great with photos but I've included three from one of the rooms he just finished )"

"Awesome. Danny and his crew were great to work with. They planted a lovely dogwood, flowers for 5 clay pots, 5 hanging pots, 5 concrete vases, 2 concrete boxes, and a large wood planter. They transplanted a flowering bush I wanted to keep, cleaned out and raised the soil level of the wood box (size approx 6x8 feet) so the perennials and annuals could be seen. We discussed the colors I wanted, he shared photos of his suggestions, and made adjustments based on my feedback. My front, side and backyards now look wonderful! Next year I plan to work with him starting April and not August :-). I recommend them highly."

They failed to show up on the agreed-upon days and times, often leaving us waiting for hours with no call, text, or update. On one occasion, they arrived hours late in the morning smelling strongly of marijuana. On another, showed up hours later admitting it was because they were hungover from the night before?completely unprofessional behavior. They do not work around the customer?s schedule, and when we confronted them about the ongoing issues, we were told we were ?overreacting.? A simple request to move a sprinkler head became a drawn-out issue and was never completed. Every follow-up was met with, ?I?m doing this as a courtesy,? even though we had already paid them in full?plus extra. The unfortunate part is we actually liked them and wanted to continue using their services. "
