This guy named Mike, solicited Done Rite to replace a few "loose Shingles" he observed from the street. Goes up on roof and tells me the rafters are all rotten and the will not even hold the nails for the shingles. Quotes $12,000 price for a major roof repair. Demands money (cash ) upfront. Replaces the shingles only and never does the rafter replacements (which, by the way were discovered not to have been rotted in the first place). A big rip-off fast-talking, con-man outfit. STAY from these crooks!!!
