I have a summer rental property and my tenant advised me there were ants in the kitchen. Michael had a technician there THE SAME DAY. The next afternoon, my tenant said the ants were worse. I called Michael and he said that it's not unusual for the problem to get worse in the immediate term because the bait attracts the ants, who then bring the poison back to the nest. Typically, the problem improves soon after that. But he pointed out that he knew tenants paid good money to enjoy their vacation and he scheduled another technician come out the next morning, a Saturday.
