"We used American Home Remodeling for a new roof, gutters and siding on our home and it was the most stress-free experience we have ever had with a contractor. Nick Fiore was our project manager and we have nothing but great things to say about him and this company. Nick was very honest, personable, and detail oriented. He took the time to explain our options, answered all our questions and all phone calls were always promptly returned. He was super patient when I kept going back and forth over color choices for both the roof and the siding or whether to choose vinyl vs. composite…we decided to go with composite based on Nick’s recommendation - amazing product – so happy we went with it! We acquired other quotes when we were in the preliminary stages of deciding on a company, and as is usually the case, some prices were higher and some were lower. Right off the bat, Nick took the time to sit with us and go over all the contracts to make sure we were comparing “apples to apples”. His trustworthiness was evident from the start and though he wasn’t our lowest quote, we were extremely happy to have chosen him when the job was completed. We were not nickel and dimed. The price he quoted us was what we ended up paying! We were always kept in the loop when it came to material delivery and the job was started and completed earlier than expected. All of the work crews were hard-working, professional and always consulted with us if they had a question. "I gave this man $3000 which was 33% of the job upfront. Was supposed to give him 33% at the halfway part And 34% upon completion. But when I went to my bathroom and realized you left drugs in my bathroom and I have small children. Not like that 3000 black and small cleaners caught easy and heâ s lucky he hasnâ t been charged with nothing. Only reason that happened is because I wouldnâ t pursue charges. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is. If you paid for supplies, you got ripped off wait 10 years and it will all fall apart charges for certain stuff but buys different stuff so he can use the extra money to pick himself up drugs without nobody noticing, I am so terribly in grief over this. $3000 he ran off with how is Matt doing in business and not in a jail cell"
