"Very disappointing. Paul Lopes showed up at 7pm after receiving an email from us that day but did not call 1st. He gave an estimate and sounded knowledgeable but when I asked for a business card he didn’t have one and gave me his cell # and said he’d be by to drop off an estimate which never happened in addition to giving me a bogus number. All his info listed online is not working either apparently when I looked him up after I couldn’t reach him. I haven’t heard back from him at all so thank goodness he didn’t take a deposit."

"Not good. The gentleman that came out was able to aerate my lawn in less then an hour which I was impressed by. However. Seeing 6 to 7 for gaps between 30 percent of the passes explained why he was so fast. I have areas that weren't even touched. I was under the impression the entire lawn would be aerated uniformly (the right way) and it was not. The woman on the phone was very helpful by getting someone out, unfortunately I was working but spoke on the phone while he was at my residence. He told me every inch of my yard was done and I told him specific spots that weren't but he didn't respond to that. He pretty much just said he did it right and that was that. Iv owned a landscaping company for years and I would never do that to a customer that paid full price upfront and didn't hassle me. Unfortunately I lost my time frame to properly do my fall seeing and fertilizing now. Would not recommend, better off hiring a kid off the street and renting him a machine."
