Very disappointing. Paul Lopes showed up at 7pm after receiving an email from us that day but did not call 1st. He gave an estimate and sounded knowledgeable but when I asked for a business card he didn’t have one and gave me his cell # and said he’d be by to drop off an estimate which never happened in addition to giving me a bogus number. All his info listed online is not working either apparently when I looked him up after I couldn’t reach him. I haven’t heard back from him at all so thank goodness he didn’t take a deposit.
