Keith from Garden Irrigation closed my system last week. He's a true professional than an outstanding job and arrived on time as promised he let me know a few things I should have done when I open in the spring time. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Keith..

Garden Irrigation was great. They set up a date and gave me an estimated window of arrival and the tech named Keith B was right on time. Keith was very pleasant and took the time to listen to us. He checked all around the property and determined that the timing mechanism on the system was old and failing and needed to be replaced. (system was at least 15 yrs old). Keith put in a new system which is easier to understand than our last one and took the time to set it up and explain to us how to use it. It was such a pleasure to work with Keith that I will definitely be asking for him for all our future needs with Garden Irrigation. Call them you won't regret it!

Some nasty old and cranky guy shows up and starts yelling at me and then continues to give excuse after excuse why he could perform the work. I found another company who showed up, did the work and didn’t keep me at house from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm and then had the gall to demand a check before the work was even done. Steer clear of this company. .

The first trip they came down to turn the sprinkler on and he knew his business and turned everything on. When he left I notice the piece was leaking so they sent someone else out. The second trip they were supposed to bring a part that cost around $10 to repair a leaking backflow gage and ended up bringing a part that was about $600 instead. I decided not to use them. I paid them for the visit to turn the sprinklers on but not for the trip they brought the wrong part for.

Called for an estimate, they scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks out.  Presentation was very professional and very informative.  Price was the highest of the 3 estimates that I obtained.

They do a marvelous job. I have never had a complaint. They maintain it and I have a contract every year with them. There has never been a problem and it works beautifully. I have had 5 companies out and decided to go with them. I highly recommend them.

The person on the phone didnt sound so nice poor phone manners, I scheduled a date 10/22 for a tech to come out and fix my back flow valve. They were a no show, didnt even call me the day before nor the day of. Poor customer service, so I took my business elsewhere and was very satisfied.

I had contacted Garden Irrigation since my parents had used them for years and was reasonably pleased with them. They were originally going to stop by for an estimate on a Tuesday around 1:30 p.m. though originally I was not going to be home and they were just going to do a "drive by." I wound up taking off that day, admittedly not just for them, though I did choose that day since they were coming that day. When I called that afternoon, I was informed that they decided to move their driveby to Thursday without letting me know. I was annoyed and originally cancelled but then called back to schedule an actual visit when I would be home. We decided on Good Friday since I had off. They were to come in the afternoon and was told to call around lunch to get an estimate of when they would get there. I called at noon and was told they were at the job before mine and would be there "in an hour, maybe 1 1/2 hours." This would have been between 1:00 - 1:30 p.m. At 2:30 p.m. I called to find the status and was told it would be at least another 2 hours!!! I couldn't believe it. I told them since it was a holiday that if they couldn't make it by 4:15 p.m., then to forget it. I got a call a little before 4 p.m. And was told they wouldn't be able to make it and wanted to know if I want to reschedule for the following Friday. I told them that I actually work during the week and after them wasting my entire afternoon and this being the second time they missed an appointment with me, I had no desire to do business with them due to how unprofessional they appeared to be. The "manager" apologized and stated she would leave a message for the owner to contact me. This was on a Friday and I didn't hear from the owner until the following Thursday, further demonstrating the company's lack of customer service and professionalism. Perhaps my job was too small for them to actually care or try to accommodate me, since that's how they made me feel. The owner stated he doesn't send out people for estimates on weekends and would have to charge for a spring start up to come on a Saturday. I can't comment on their quality of work, but I sure hope it's better than their customer service skills which is about as poor as it gets.

Their customer service was good. I didn't have any problems with them tearing up my yard. They cleaned up when they were done and I would recommend them.
