He kept in contact until the day of the install. He arrived on time on the day of the install and finished promptly. He had to climb over the washer and dryer AFTER it was stacked in the closet to complete the install. Rob brought all the tools and pieces necessary and left no mess. "Had them remove the large old-school house fan and install a drop-down ladder in it's place. Overall great work. There was one day when the workers came a few hours late, but that happens and is understandable. The only part (which was my error I'm sure) that I was unhappy about was the painting of the door and surrounding ceiling was not included in the price - but I am pretty sure I told about it and simply forgot which was another $250. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
