"Water was backing up on the first floor. The job was completed in two trips. Reaching them and setting up appoint was easy. Person on phone was nice. They came to evaluate the next day telling me what they had to do. Office called to setup for work to be done. "Pipe clogged in basement which could not be reach". The following day they came out to cut a pipe was told clog was out side and was no clean out. The outside has three clean outs so and I have insurance policy for that so not trilled with the change in the answer. I did want a clean out in the basement so happy that was done. After they left the problem was not fixed called office and they sent someone right out to finish the job. I did not find out what the issue was that required a second trip but again work was completed and has been fine and I have my clean out. Note there is an extra credit card percentage fee that was not told on the front end. I did not ask if there was but also was not told until work was completed. I would hire again but would ask alot more questions."

The final plumbing and setup steps were done quickly and efficiently. The crew tested each zone and adjusted the sprinkler heads for max coverage."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

There was one day when the workers came a few hours late, but that happens and is understandable. The only part (which was my error I'm sure) that I was unhappy about was the painting of the door and surrounding ceiling was not included in the price - but I am pretty sure I told about it and simply forgot which was another $250. "I am so happy with the work Gleason Investments performed at my home.  First and foremost, Darnell (nicknamed "Aziz") and his crew did an outstanding job repairing the sheetrock in my ceilings after I had some extensive electrical work done in my condo in Hoboken.  I asked Aziz to make it look like "nothing ever happened", and that's exactly what he did.  My ceilings are smooth and look better than ever.  The quality of Aziz's work is outstanding, and I'm so glad I had the good sense to hire him.  It's also worth noting that Aziz is an extremely nice guy, and a true pleasure to work with.
As a first time homeowner, hiring a contractor can be a nerve wracking process.  Not so with Aziz and Gleason Investments:

1.  Aziz and his crew were extremely professional, and respectful of my home and neighbors.  They worked quietly, and thoroughly cleaned up after completion.   
2.  Aziz took the time to explain the project to me, and provided me with an accurate estimate therefor.  He did not "nickle and dime" me, and even went out of his way to fix small, preexisting imperfections in my ceiling free of charge.  Simply stated, I got more than my money's worth.
3.  Aziz made sure I reviewed his work, and stated numerous times that he would not leave until I was happy with the job.  In my opinion, that is the hallmark of an outstanding contractor.  
I highly recommend Gleason Investments without reservation, and look forward to working with them again in the future.  I am so pleased to have found a reliable contractor I can trust.
