"I had water damage from a neighbor above me that left a crack in my ceiling and walls, and bulging paint on the walls. Fabricio, the owner, quoted me a reasonable price for simple surface work, which is what was originally deemed to be required. However, once he began prepping the wall the extent of the damage was clear. He gave me a couple of options to proceed, one long term and one short term. The latter involved scraping off all the plaster and concrete affected, and rebuilding the wall. The quote was very reasonable. I okayed the job, and then had him paint some adjoining spaces, as I was satisfied with the work so far. The demolition was quick, as was clean up, and the resulting repair and paint jobs were very satisfactory. I work at home, so I do not like work being done in the home if I can avoid it. This was unavoidable, and Fabricio handled it very well. I would hire him again without bothering to get competing quotes. I'd rather have someone I trust versus saving some money. And, Fabricio was willing to discuss the quotes with me if I had any concerns and adjust if possible. He responded quickly to texts, and was able to accommodate my schedule."

"A+ Professional Painting is THE company if you are considering painting you home.  Derek was upfront explaining the lead time to start the job would be considerable, BUT the wait was well worth it.
From the first day both he and Brad were extremely conscientious about keeping the house clean and the work area organized. At the end of each day they would clean the area and place all the equipment in one space to minimize the inconvenience to me. A big plus since painting an entire house is quite a job. They were meticulous with regard to the prep work so as to ensure the finish paint would look perfect. Derek even went back to re-prep something he wasn't quite happy with. A sign of true pride and professionalism when the owner retraces his own steps to make sure he and the owner are satisfied. Both Derek and Brad did an outstanding job, making sure the walls were perfect before final coat.
All furniture and personal items were well cared for with both men listening and paying attention my concerns, very nice. All furniture and pictures were moved and replaced by them. 
Both Derek and Brad were very personable, polite and showed concern for my convenience and routine. 
I would rehire them in an instant for any future painting projects(blue room).

"Jose and his team were excellent! The wallpaper in our home was difficult to remove, so I was concerned. Despite the challenges, the walls are now perfectly smooth and the paint looks amazing. When Jose saw a flaw in the ceiling spackle after the job was complete, even though the flaw was not visible during the day, he came back the next evening to correct the issue and had the area repainted. The team also respackled and repainted a wall to correct the shoddy work of a previous painter, and the wall now looks perfect. The work was done with the highest possible quality, better than any other painter we've hired. Jose and his team displayed true integrity and pride in their work. I would recommend them to everyone!"

"I hired GJK to install vinyl peel and stick wallpaper in my kitchen, including the ceiling. They first sent their spackling/painting team to prep the walls - they were wonderful and cleaned up so well. Then GJK came on the weekend to do the installation. It was a pleasure to see a husband and wife team work so well together and they did a magnificent job and cleaned up completely when done. I found a few bubbles and called Greg to let him know. Both Greg and his wife, Janet, were here Monday morning to fix them all and explained that the glue had not dried yet but he made them all go away and I could not be happier with them and their work. If you need wallpaper hung please call GJK Consulting - you will not be disappointed at all! I would rate them 100 stars if it was possible."

"You can't do better, in my opinion. Price is reasonable and quality of work is very high. They took care of wallpaper removal, popcorn ceiling removal, drywall repair and painted my entire place. Howard and his team are extremely reliable, detailed, thorough and clean. He doesn't overcharge and did an amazing job removing the popcorn ceilings from my entire place - which has sloped, high and angled ceilings with various cuts - and his estimate for that portion of the work was much lower than anyone else's."
