We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. They installed a vinyl floor in our den, added new molding, did some dry wall work and painting throughout our house. They leveled our uneven floors, remodeled our bathroom and installed ceramic tile flooring throughout our house. They also installed a barn door for our laundry room. And we couldn’t be happier with everything they did. We get so many compliments on how great the floors came out and how nice everything looks.
