"Thank you........."
"The contract was signed by the home owner on 12/12/14. The owner said the roof was done on 12/30/14. It normally takes about 2 weeks to get a township building permit. Work can not be done without a permit. A permit can not be applied for with out a signed contract. If any one does the math, you can see that we started the roof job with in about 2 days after getting the permit. Owner said she got a low price & I am the only roofing company giving a 20 year labor & material guarantee. (not a warranty) I have the signed contract for any one who wants to see the dates. Sounds to me that I should have been given an A+ ,based on the facts. Sorry the owner seems confused."
"Thank you.."
"As the owner said in his own words. I offered to send down 2 men to go in the attic and check out his problem. He was not willing to spend a few dollars to pay for my men to go there. Since he did not want us to do it. I thought maybe he was tight for money and I would try to help him out with some free advice. He did not want to go in the attic, or pay me to do it, or take advice. Not much more i could do. I drove out there for free, using up my time and fuel. You cant make every one happy.........."

"I have the original contract from (Member name removed) that he and I signed. The contract was signed and the roof job done in 2009. (Member name removed) says 2012. (Member name removed) seems confused. The contract 100% does not call for 2 layers of ice and water shield. (Member name removed) lied. (Member name removed)mentioned I said: plastic roof vents are better. They are. I have installed over 30,000 of them so far with no problems. (Member name removed) told the truth there. (Member name removed) mentions "gable vents", the contract does not call for gable vents. (Member name removed) lied. I have had no contact with (Member name removed) since 2009. If any of this where true, why wait six (6) years to mention it? (Member name removed) said he got a 40 year roof. Contract says 50 year roof. (Member name removed) seems confused again. (Member name removed) mentions nothing about leaks. I am positive, if the roof leaked, (Member name removed) would have mentioned it. So the roof, finished 6 years ago, before hurricane sandy has never leaked, including during the hurricane. (Member name removed) in his Angies list report gave me a "B" for price. Never had a leak. Sounds like an additional recommendation for me. I will add it to my other 3,000. If any one would like, I can meet with them and show the contract for the roof that was done. I keep contracts to protect myself from people like (Member name removed). PS.. (Member name removed) you have a 15 year guarantee on your roof. On both labor and material. More then any other roofer. Your guarantee is still in effect. Good thing you chose me...... Your welcome (Member name removed).............."
I had been researching for a roofer. I had three companies come to my house and have an estimate done. I called these three based on personal references or web reviews. I hired John Asch roofing to do the job. When I first met John he had explained the job thoroughly. It did not bother him that he was explaining to a woman, especially since I probably know more about the āconstructionā industry than my husband. That really should not matter, but to me it did, since others asked to speak to my husband. I had a total rip off of two layers of roof and wanted the detached garage done as well. John had called to schedule an estimate. He arrived promptly as he scheduled and he was very courteous to me. I hired John to do the roof job. We signed a contract and had an estimated date at the end of the month. I told him if he could do it earlier, the better, but this is always weather permitting. He called about 2 weeks before the date and stated he could get to me that week, which ended up being 10 days early. The company and people he has employed for him, I cannot say enough good things about them. Let me start with the day before, John called and told me to have driveway cleared for dumpster and materials. The person who delivered the dumpster and materials was great, tight fitting street, cars parked all over, he was so professional and a terrific driver. The next morning a crew of five (5) showed up to start. I was amazed at how fast and how hard these men work. They knocked this job off in a day, both the house and the detached garage. I really am so happy with the workmanship of it all. They did a wonder installation job, but an even better clean up job. As if that wasnāt good enough, John had a crew come later that night and fine tune the cleanup. Outstanding. The dumpster was also picked up that night. The next day you would not have known the amount of work that had been done. Back to normal. I will be recommending John Asch and company to everyone. From beginning to end form the Owner to the installers to the cleanup, a great bunch of workers. Hard workers. Thank you.
