"We hired Michael to renovate our 100-year-old farmhouse-style colonial, and the results were outstanding. He managed a full kitchen overhaul, including an addition that expanded the space and added a hallway—dramatically improving the home's flow. He also built a beautiful new deck, refinished the original oak floors, painted every room, and updated two bathrooms, including a custom shower with French stone tile. Michael’s communication was excellent—clear, timely, and always professional. His attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship showed in every phase of the project. Most importantly, he took a truly consultative approach, offering thoughtful guidance while always respecting our vision. Highly recommend!"

"Can’t pay enough compliments to John and his guys. They did a great job overall and managed the project very smoothly through the entire permitting process. From the very beginning it was apparent John was detail oriented and most importantly, concerned about delivering a quality product to his customers. John is very hands on, and his approach of shopping with the homeowner to make sure everything will “work” during installation I think is a key component of job success and customer satisfaction. The guys worked straight thru with work only interrupted by permits/inspections. He involved and asked us about anything that came up along the way that we had not previously talked about. Guys were very professional, being respectful of our home and working neatly/efficiently. I highly recommend John without hesitation, and will be using him in the future when we renovate our Master Bathroom."

"We called Jack Cwyl & Son Builders for an estimate for remodeling our downstairs living room, dining room, kitchen, bath, new floors, and opening up walls to give us an open concept living space. Jack was very professional and very straight forward about our expectations, explaining everything to us to ease our fears and avoid any surprises that we were worried about, and gave us some design suggestions to make the most of our project. Once we proceeded with the remodeling, we were kept in the loop every step of the way. Work proceeded on schedule without any surprises and with great quality and workmanship. They met all our expectations and gave us the beautiful home we've dreamed of. I recommend Jack whenever possible to my friends and family."

"I contacted them because I saw they had over 100 reviews. Who gets over 100 reviews? They do. They were on time, clean, efficient and even asked my wife to go over all of their work to ensure it was to her liking before leaving for the day. We had our home power washed and gutters cleaned, and we will certainly call Mr Drake again for more services.

"My entire overall experience w/ David and Jesse was WONDERFUL!  From start to finish.  Dave is a timely and efficient worker w/ his partner Jesse.  they can be taken at their word.  They have a very time managed and organized method.  They come promptly at 8AM when they say they will.  They waste no time every day.  They get immediately to work.  He really is skilled w/ his craft and he has such a calm demeanor and attitude about add on's and questions.  Nothing gets Dave anxious or flustered.  He takes bumps in the road in stride as they come up during home renovations.
Dave and his partner were respectful of themselves, my home, and my special circumstances as I am very pregnant and I work nights and would try sleeping while they were renovating.  I had one mishap where the dust was making me feel sick and they immediately enclosed the work space every day from that day on so that the dust would not affect me.  They are clean and tidy at the end of each day sometimes taking up to an hour to clean.  I never heard them curse and they bring their own radio and keep the volume low.
Painting and fixing up decrepid walls in my house was their top strength.  They made old and battered rooms w/ lots of terrible paint jobs and holes look brand new!  Don't think I'll ever paint a room myself again.  Their painting is too beautiful compared to my own job.  They also did great work w/ the ceiling as they closed up a large attic entrance over my stairwell and placed a new one in my hallway w/ a pulldown stairs.  It came out beautiful and its sealed.  I don't feel any hot draft coming from my attic.
They know how to hang light fixtures and ceiling fans correctly, but they're not electricians and they tell you that up front.
Their work is great.  I will be using them again and again for all of my home fixing needs.
And, best of all, is that his rates are very very fair.  I had 3 estimates come to my house for the work and Dave's prices were the most fair and reasonable.  He doesn't mark up for supplies and he tells you that.  its true.  Highly recommend!

"Excellent. The whole team came when they said they would, took special care of my home and were very careful in the work they did. Extra bonus - they cleaned up after themselves. Very fair and ethical group of guys."
