"Mark came and saved the day today. My bathroom sink and tub were not draining - when I ran the bathroom sink, water started flowing up from the drain in the bath tub. I had no idea what to expect, but expected the worst. Earlier, I had a Big Name plumbing company come, they supposedly 'snaked' the tub drain, but within a minute was telling me the drain pipe was corroded, that it was completely blocked, and we would need to replace the pipe and it would be thousands. Thank goodness my gut told me to get another opinion - In comes Scala's Sewer & Drain Cleaning, and Mark came within a half hour. He came in, looked at the situation, and confidently said "I'll have that unclogged for you" - the stress lifted from our shoulders. He left the cleanout open and had me run all upstairs faucets and flush toilets to confirm that water was flowing properly to the sewer before wrapping up.
