I contacted Allure plumbing because there was a leak in my floor due to a faulty radiant heat system. They found the issue, proposed a solution, and fixed it perfectly. They went above and beyond to do an exceptional job. They were always available whenever I had questions, provided a very competitive quote, and they came right away when I discovered there was a problem. I shopped around for many plumbers and received many quotes, because this involved potentially taking up the whole floor in my master bathroom. They were experienced and knowledgable in almost all areas, and honest when they didn't know why something was leaking. I have contacted five plumbers in the past few years since purchasing my home, and I can say their service far exceeds these other top-rated service providers.

A 40 year-old toilet was leaking through the floor whenever I flushed. I expected problems fixing it and wasn't disappointed. It's a good thing Jim (the plumber) has a sense of humor. The first thing that went wrong was that the handle to the water shut off valve broke off. Then the bolts that hold the 2-piece toilet together snapped off. Let's just say that in the end Jim (and his assistant Rick) replaced everything but the porcelain. He really knows his way around toilets. He thought I might need a new toilet (if the new bolts cracked the porcelain) but went out to a local Benjamin Brothers and got 2 bolts and the flushing mechanism and installed them successfully. It took the two of them 1 1/2 hours for the work, including the trip to the hardware store. Jim is a big, easy-going fellow and a consummate professional, in my opinion.
