"We originally hired a contractor based on a recommendation from the condo management company. That person did a terrible job and it needed to be redone. We contracted with Exclusive to tear out the bad work and start from scratch. The damage was in the master bedroom, hallway and guest bathroom as well as door frames needing to be replaced. Also, some framing work was needed in the hallway. The foreman, Jose, was very meticulous as we did the original walk through prior to hiring anyone. The company did a terrific job. After completion and the walk through, they fine tuned everything to our satisfaction. Jose assured me that if there were any issues after they finished, they would return to correct any, if needed. They also repaired some spots we never went over. Stephanie in the office was very helpful in communicating with us throughout the process."

"Rajaay is an extremely nice person I called him before our closing, he came to the property the following day, advise us that their was mold in the basement. I was worried and concern and thought this might have pulled me back from purchasing the home but Rajaay put us at ease and said its not major and he can take care of it. I needed an estimate ASAP for the closing to be finalized, he provided us everything in days. After closing he came in and did all the work in the basement with his guys in approximately 2 days.
