"The crew members were very nice. They came on time. Everything went well till they found mold behind our shower stall then everything go down the drain. Originally, they told us the whole job only took one week and we took 2 days to fixed the mold problem. At the end of the first week, they only did 1/10 of the job. They were very behind! And then they told us that they have a very tight schedule so they could only come whenever they were available--that's like one or two days a week and the worst was they only let us know the date like couple days ahead of time. It took them THREE months to finished our bathroom! We had paid for diamond fusion coating on the shower stall glass but they forgot to put that in the contract. Well, they did do a good job as our bathroom look great!"

"Andrew came out to our house 6 weeks ago to find out about our project, prior to creating a proposal.  Andrew listened carefully before offering solutions.  When prompted, Andrew offered some clever insights into how we could best achieve the best outcome with regard to the project.  At no point did I feel pressured.  If anything, I had the sense he wanted to ensure the project was a good fit for all parties.  I appreciate this as some contractors will go outside their area of expertise in order to get the job, only to disappoint later.
Andrew suggested, double hung windows, outlined how the work would be completed which involved cutting through block, brick, insulation and sheet rock prior to framing the window openings, installing the premium Plygem windows, insulating, wrapping, creating sills on both sides(brick and wood) etc.
In all honesty, Cosello blew us away in terms of execution, neatness, respectful crew, timeliness.  Without exaggeration, Cosello over delivered.  Our room looks super(albeit we still need the floors to be finished, painted etc.).  Last Friday, after Cosello had been paid in full, Andrew unsolicited, sent over two of his men to ensure the work site was pristine and make sure all sanding had been completed satisfactorily.  They even replaced a part of a door that had been broken during the project, even though I had not asked them to(it was on its last legs).
I would use Cosello again in a heartbeat.  In fact, friends are in the process of contacting them to ask them to bid on a very high end kitchen remodel.  Cosello are professional to a fault, diligent, pleasant to work with and as honest as the day is long.

"

Everything went well.  Workers came and cleaned up.  No problems with installation.

If you want your windows done, call them.  If you are "thinking about it".  Don't call.  They will call you daily afterwards.  I had to block them from my phone as they continue to call me every 2 days for what I don't know.  Work was well but the phone calls are annoying.

"My glass doors leaked and are still leaking. Some of it was fixed and they were supposed to return to finish but I am still waiting. After two weeks he returned and no more leaks."
