He offered, for an additional $25, to use a pet neutralizer on the stains but I declined due to the limited quantity (2) and size of the stains. He offered, twice, to do my upholstery but the couches were new so I also declined that service. He wasn't pushy in offering and I would use him again depending on the non Angie's list deal price.
