Hunterdon County restoration has done work for me over the last 15 years. From remodeling my kitchen remodeling my bathrooms, building a new deck, installing new windows and custom crown molding throughout my house. He has also done some small handyman projects like repairs and repairing flood damage in my basement. I would highly recommend them. Their quality of work is excellent, pricing is extremely fair, and they are very reliable. I will continue to work with Hunterdon County restoration on future projects, and I have recommended them to many friends and family. They have also done work at my business location, including painting.

Tom was more concerned with having work for his guys than sticking to the price he quoted me. I paid him 3/4 of the estimated price and he had only completed 1/4 of the work. He had said the job would take 5 weeks and at 6 weeks he was 1/4 done. He was afraid to walk on the roof of my house which he knew would be part of the job. He painted over rotten wood instead of replacing it. He charged me for 3 guys to clean paint brushes for an hour at the end of every day - I was paying them all hourly - big mistake. Gaps appeared between the siding only weeks after I fired him. I hired new painters to finish the job with no issues.

"I told this customer we may luck out and complete the job for around $16,000 Time and materials. If she wanted a contract to finish the exterior of her old uncared-for farmhouse it would be $22,400, I thought we were doing a great job. We completed 3/4 of the worst parts of the house and She said she ran out of money, I was paid only $12,600 at the time. I worked very hard to do an excellent job. Some of the things she reported were false This was very upsetting for me. I hope she is doing well and finished her farmhouse."

"I had done my best to do the high-quality and long-lasting procedures that I am known for. They were getting married [FRANTIC] We had done a few odds and ends for them, and they wanted new spindles for their spiral staircase put in. Well, they bought the wrong spindles for this type of stairs and told me to put them on even though they looked cheap and they bought the wrong quantity. Causing me to have to do 4 hours of extra custom work. Then argued that they should not have to pay the full contract price. - Thomas "Tom" Ruscher"
