We have had them come in for 2 couch cleans, a carpet clean, and a deep apartment clean, and let me tell you, there is truly no other team we'd let clean our apartment!!! And I mean it!! "Bill did a great job!  He spent about 2 hours cleaning the living room and hallway.  He was very professional and polite.  The carpet is about 7 years old and had a lot of wear and tear on it.  there were various stains on it and we had an older dog that had some accidents on it so we weren't expecting any miracles, but we have to say that the carpet looks about as close to new as possible.  We have had the carpet cleaned before by various cheaper companies but none of them came close to the job that Bill did.  There even seems to be more give to the carpet, like the padding somehow came back to life.  There were actually a few spots we noticed after he left and we called Bill and he came back the next day and took care of them.  Very satisfied with his services and we highly recommend him.

"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The person who called what polite and very apologetic however, I could not use their service at that time."
