Hello, I am starting a cleaning business this year. I love to clean and organize. After working full time job for 9 years having 5 kids I have been wanting to have more time to spend with my children and be flexible with my week schedule. "Very well, this was the second time we used Atlantic Cleaners. Removed 99% of the tough spots - took extra effort to remove as much as possible for the tough stains the kids has made in their rooms.  Bill was prompt in returning our call for service, thoroughly explained all options, provided a timely estimate and was on time to start the job, very courteous and thorough, cleaned up completely after the job.  We were very satisfied with the results.  Price was a little more than we hoped for and we were able to get a credit for going through Angie's List, but we got great value for the cost.

"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The person who called what polite and very apologetic however, I could not use their service at that time."

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "I hired Lety's services about three months back and they have been coming in to clean my home weekly since then. Service is always polite & professional and they accomodate special requests promptly. Punctuality and consistency are extremely important to me and they're excellent at this. They took their time doing a good deep cleaning during their first visit and since then service has been quick but efficient at the same time. I do not like the strong chemical smell some cleaning services leave behind. I specifically mentioned this while hiring them and true to their promise my house smells like a nice, clean bar of soap when they leave every week! I will update my review in a few months."
