"My floor was in horrible shape after a lot of neglect. Bill came to my house for a free estimate. He was on time and extremely polite. To show me that they could get the floor clean, which I had doubts that anyone could do it, he cleaned a small section of the floor by hand. I was sold from that point on. On the date of the service, they were on time and finished in record time. I was at work and could not see the results in person. "I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer.
