"Gavin Tarsa the project manager at Service Master was very helpful and understanding of the severe water damage we had. Service Master was at my house within a few short hours and started their work right away getting all the water out. Hello, I am starting a cleaning business this year. I love to clean and organize. After working full time job for 9 years having 5 kids I have been wanting to have more time to spend with my children and be flexible with my week schedule. Having 2 kids with disability I have found it much rewarding to do the one thing I love which is clean and also still cater as a full time single mom to my kids needs and wants. I am here to help clean your home take the load off of you. Maybe clean up before a party or event or after. I have done house cleaning as a nanny, I have cleaned during parties as well. Please help me grow my business.

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

You should plan to change your AC unit's filter every one to three months, depending on the manufacturer's recommendations. You should also clean the coils at least once per year, but if you have pets or someone in your household has allergies, you might need to clean them more often. Fortunately, many pros will clean the coils and change the filter for you during an inspection, which you should schedule once or twice per year.

Cleaning and replacing filters and ducts reduce allergens and enhance air quality.

You can use a pressure washer to clean the outdoor condenser coils if the dirt buildup is too heavy for a garden hose and sprayer. Use a gentle setting on your pressure washer to avoid damage to the coils and fins. Do not use a pressure washer on indoor evaporator coils.

While an air purifier can trap mold spores and stop them from spreading around your home, it’s not the most effective solution for tackling the problem. Mold is caused by excess moisture and humidity, so there’s a good chance you have an issue somewhere else in your HVAC system that needs to be addressed.

Simple filter changes can be done DIY, but professionals should handle motor repairs, sensor issues, and airflow problems.
