"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

We already purchased all the materials and only needed labor. Home Art Tile made it very easy. Connected via Angie, measurements were done remotely via text and photos. Got a quick and fair estimate. They scheduled us for later in the month but had a cancellation and was able to move our installation to the same week as the quote! The installer was very professional, prompt and clean. We reviewed the scope of work and he went right up work. We had glass-based tiles that required a fair amount of cutting. "My experience was mediocre at best with this company. They were very good with starting the work. Towards the end of completion, they had one day that was a no show. I had to call to find out they couldn't come that day. I preferred to get a call from them rather having to follow up myself. The windows they installs were done incorrectly. Water stated to leak into the house and ruined the brand new sheetrock I installed. I would recommend this company for small jobs. They may try to cut corners if you dont keep an eye on them."
