"The team confirmed the day before, advised when they were 10 minutes away & arrived 10 minutes earlier. They came prepared with tools, professional, cleaned up. This is what truly impressed me, they removed a three sectional wall unit. "Not what I expected on project to remove ceiling drywall due to beam connected and need extra screws to uphold, overly price extra which I could have negotiated but husband was too quick to agree on, not happy at all. I still fixing up work done and painting. Remove exhaust fan and Door was replaced twice but ok still gap could have fixed with attention to detail. Now I really thinking Nayol was not being 100% honest with me about drylok screws I paid for are missing and different screws left after hard to tell HD they sell wrong screws. I thinking not sure I would hired back for another project if honesty a problem with me. Still I give them 3 stars for Tito works."

"Excellent and pleasant service junk removal service, based out of East Brunswick NJ. The cost was actually lower than what had been estimated! Victory Junk Removal provides a quote in advance based on photos that you email to them. The quote is non-binding, as you can always add or delete items. in our case, the crew decided that the items for removal could be packed easily and tightly on the truck and take up less room. As a result, the actual cost was lower than the estimate. This is in contrast to horror stories we have read online about other junk removal services when the on-site cost was considerably higher than the prior estimate. The only minor hiccup was with the delivery time. We had asked for a 12-2pm window. At 1:15pm we got a very apologetic call that the crew was still in line at the recycling center from a prior pickup and would be late. They gave us a call at 2:15pm that they were coming over and were at our house at 2:30pm. We also received text reminders sent to us the day before and the morning of the pick-up. So while they came to our house a little later than planned their communications were excellent. No question that we would use Victory Junk Removal again."
