Best basement waterproofing pros near Folsom, NJ

"Every phase of the basement waterproofing project was first-rate. Through sketches, the inspector/technician took the time to explain how a sub-floor pressure relief system works. In a knowledgeable and professional manner, he designed the system for our basement and presented a detailed project proposal with drawings. An affordable cost estimate was reached. Also, financing guidance was given to obtain a deferred interest loan. Three days later, the construction crew arrived to begin installation of the system. They were attentive to specific concerns and answered all questions completely and politely. Through discipline and hard work, they completed the job in two days, one day ahead of schedule. Upon completion, including a thorough clean-up, a tour was given of the newly installed system. Dry Tech Waterproofing Systems is a high quality and efficient company that I will highly recommend to family, friends, neighbors, and others."

"We are extremely pleased with the job Enviropro did in our basement. The price was reasonable (relative to others we contacted), and the sales call was friendly without the high-pressure nonsense of some other waterproofers. One key to my decision to hire them is that the Lifetime Warranty is backed not just by EnviroPro, but also by the national company that created the system they use. The work was done according to schedule, with far less dust and mess than we expected. The crew were very communicative and they cleaned up after themselves. It's like having a brand new basement. We couldn't be happier, and do not hesitate to recommend Mike and his staff."

"I used this company first to install a dehumidifier and then a sump pump. Prices were reasonable and payment plan option available. My basement is now fully waterproof. The excellent customer service is polite and responds in a reasonable time. Awesome company!!!"

"I had a serious basement flooding problem. I had my basement waterproofed 2 times. it didn't work! Basement Waterproofing Specialists installed a commercial drain system and after 2 years I have never had a drop of water they are AMAZING, thank you Basement Waterproofing specialists YOU ARE THE BEST!"

"I hired elite basement solutions to waterproof my basement. They did a phenomenal job. I can’t wait till they come back in 30 days to remodel it."

"My crew were highly skilled and hard working. They were also very polite and cooperative when I asked them to cover what my tenant needed to leave in the basement during the waterproofing operation. All the work was completed in the 2 days they promised. They cleaned up all the debris when the job was finished."

"I was required by my insurance company to replace an elevated section of my sidewalk due to underground tree roots. I reached out to Local Boyz and they were quick to respond with an estimate. The company kept me updated as to what permits would be required and also dates available so that I could meet the insurance company deadlines. The owner arrived at my home this morning around 7:30 and did a great job digging up tree roots, and pouring the cement to even out the sidewalk path. The work was done meticulously, and due to the very cold weather expected, a cement cover was placed across to protect it from the upcoming low temperatures. I was very pleased with the whole process and would definitely recommend Local Boyz!"

In 1993, Tom Raynor began taking on electrical construction and service jobs across southern New Jersey. By 1994, it was official—Raynor Services was born! \n \nSince then, that red pick-up has been upgraded to a fleet of ten fully stocked trucks. We are now a “one-stop shop” service company, specializing in electric, heating, cooling, and generator services. Raynor Services has never lost the spirit of professional, hands-on service that it was founded on. Family-owned and operated, we combine small-business service with big-business expertise. \n \nRaynor technicians are among the best in the industry. Each must complete a rigorous hiring process – including a background check, a drug test, and an HVAC or electrical proficiency examination.
