This young man, Joe, returned my call within minutes of me leaving my voicemail, and came out within 90 minutes to diagnose a clogged toilet issue. Diligent worker. Careful. Polite. Respectful. Neat. Figured out the multiple issues causing the issue and addressed each one carefully and thoroughly. And best of all, RESOLVED each issue, and ensured each issue was RESOLVED COMPLETELY. When done he cleaned up completely leaving the work areas immaculate and sanitized. They had everything it needed on their truck - a new wax ring, new plastic shims to replace the wooden ones that had been there previously, and a new caulk job. The toilet flushes fine with no leaks, and it's now very sturdy and not going anywhere.
