"Dave (Dawson Mechanical) is awesome. He is the only plumbing company I use. His knowledge is on another level and he runs a great company. It is easy to get an appointment and he responds right away. You can feel confident, if you have an emergency or non-emergency situation you that can get touch with him. In the past he installed a new boiler, furnace and converted us over to gas from oil heat. The work he and the guys did on the furnace/boiler is so good that other contractors comment on it. It really is a work of art - very neat. Most recently, he helped fix a bad plumbing job a contractor did during a bathroom model. The bottom of the toilet was flooding and the shower made a gurgling noise every time the toilet was flushed - it was an annoying odd problem. John came over during the covid pandemic, analyzed the situation and came up with a solution. He wore gloves, a mask and maintained space between us. I am very impressed with his expertise and the level of detail and attention he works with. However, I shouldn’t have been surprised based on how great of a company Dawson Mechanical is.
