"The technicians of which one being the owner came out, measured the window, gave me a price and date for when the replacement glass should be ready.  The office called within the timeframe given to schedule the installation.  No issues with the installation and they were very friendly. Everything went well.  Workers came and cleaned up.  No problems with installation.

If you want your windows done, call them.  If you are "thinking about it".  Don't call.  They will call you daily afterwards.  I had to block them from my phone as they continue to call me every 2 days for what I don't know.  Work was well but the phone calls are annoying.
