Jesus was on time and diagnosed/fixed the problem quickly. In addition to replacing the igniter, he also took apart my oven door for me so I could clean some gunk that had dripped into the inside of the glass. And he was just so pleasant! I highly recommend him.

Did repair as requested and check to make sure all equipment was running well. Spent the time to run through a full cycle to be 100% sure it was working.

My dishwasher leaked all over the floor (from a couple of different places), so I called Accu-Tech for assistance. Jesus informed me that it would cost $85 to diagnose the problem (which seemed like a fair price since he traveled well over thirty minutes to get to my area) but that the fee would be waived if he was hired to perform the required repair. Fortunately, the issue with my dishwasher was minor, so I didn't have to pay anything in addition to the $85. I appreciate that Jesus didn't try to make money off of us by saying that the problem was bigger than it actually was and that he explained to us how to maintain the dishwasher so the problem wouldn't recur. Jesus was very prompt, very professional, and very informative.

Jesus was able to identify that its a problem with the dryer right away. He changed the thermostat fuse and thermostat. That made the LG dryer working great again. The drier is 10 years old but working even better than a new drier again. Jesus expertise, response and price quote were amazing. I will refer him to anybody looking for a dryer service.

I hired Accu-Tech Appliance Repair on two separate occasions over the last month for two different appliances, my wall oven and dishwasher. Jesus could not have been more responsive. Once contacted, Jesus responded to my phone call very quickly and arranged a repair call on a very timely basis. Jesus is professional and honest about the cost and prognosis of the repair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I would never go elsewhere and regret not knowing about Accu-Tech years ago.

Fine. He told me what I needed to have fixed. It was more than a broken belt. He had the necessary parts and he was done in no time.

I couldn't be more pleased with Accu-Tech's service. Jesus was pleasant, efficient and got the job done in record time. Jesus needs to return to install the door handle (part needed to be ordered), but I have no doubt it will go equally as smoothly.

Jesus was wonderful. He was friendly and courteous, a real professional. He spent time with us explaining how the appliances worked and why certain parts fail. He answered all of our questions and even took off the panel to the oven door so we could clean the inside of the glass. We highly recommend Jesus and will definitely use him to install our new microwave.

Accu-Tech Appliance Repair man asked the appropriate questions in order to arrive at home with parts in hand. Our microwave was up and running within 24 ours of call.

Jesus was extremely professional , punctual and kind in getting my freezer defrosted and fixed asap as soon as he had the part. He also fixed my light on the outdoor and did not charge me for it at all. I recommend Jesus highly for any appliance analysis and repair. I will definitely call him only from now onwards

I had a strange howling noise that was coming from the refrigerator.  At the time of the appointment, the noise was not happening, but after inspecting the refrigerator, he recommended I replace a part due to the build up of ice in the refrigerator. 

He explained why I needed the part replaced and what would happen if it wasn't replaced.  He was very patient and communicated the issue that was easy to understand.

The owner-operator of Accu-Tech Appliance repair returned my call promptly, scheduled the service call quickly and was extremely punctual. He provide prompt, competent service, was pleasant to interact with and even made a minor repair on the closet door which houses the washing machine and dryer.  I would not hesitate to use him again or give my highest recommendation.  He overall gets an A+ from me.

We called Jesus on Thursday afternoon and left a message on his answering machine. He called us back that evening. We scheduled an appointment for him to take a look at the machine on Friday afternoon. He told us it would be late afternoon. He called us around 3:00 on Friday and told us he would arrive in about an hour, which he did. He very quickly identified the problem which was a bad bearing. He said he could order the part and install it on Monday afternoon. He gave us a quote which we felt was very reasonable so we told him to order the part. We got a call from him Monday morning to let us know he would be arriving at around noon. He arrived at the time he said he would. He took the machine apart and showed me the part that had worn out and explained how the new part would completely fix all the problems we had been having. He installed the new parts, cleaned up the area where he had been working and then ran the machine through each cycle to show us that it was working properly. The bill came out to the exact amount he told us it would be. We have been using the machine every day since the repair and it works perfectly. Jesus is very personable and clearly knows what he is doing. There were no surprises and we are very happy with the repair, the amount we paid and would have no problem recommending Jesus to our family and friends. We have his business card on our fridge and Jesus will be the first person we call if we have appliance problems in the future.

He called the day before he arrived and set up an appointment for the next morning. He didn't actually show up till the early afternoon but any thought of that was totally forgotten the second he walked in the house. He immediately put my wife and I at ease and, while diagnosing our oven's issue, he continued to talk to us and laugh and joke. He was very easy to talk to and get along with. He quickly diagnosed our issue and repaired it. He apparently carries most of the types of parts he would need in his truck which made things easy and quick. Most of his time there was spent talking. His attitude was infectious and, in no time, he felt like an old friend, who happens to fix appliances. It was GREAT! He had been to my house before to fix our dryer (which is even older than the oven) and since then it has been working fine. Since he fixed our oven, it has been preheating within 10 minutes and firing "on all cylinders".

I would Highly recommended him to anybody needing an appliance repaired!
