The technicians of which one being the owner came out, measured the window, gave me a price and date for when the replacement glass should be ready.  The office called within the timeframe given to schedule the installation.  No issues with the installation and they were very friendly. My wife was comfortable with them around.  The installation was relatively quick.  They cleaned up after themselves any charge the price quoted.

He came over to the house took the frame and gave me a quote.  Called a day later to suggest going with thicker glass as the frame ledge was deep.  Delivered it the next day. Very easy to do business with and very pleasant.  I have another project already.

I called and was able to have the glass replaced the same day.  On the phone the owner was friendly and able to give me an estimate on the spot.  Orange Glass had the best price of the places I called, and I was pleased with the work that was done.  The window looked neat and tidy and the nail holes and corners were filled.  The work area was also cleaned up nicely.  The technician that came to the house was professional and friendly.
