"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "I decided to go with Caruso because they could do a couple of smaller jobs at one time, which was convenient. The driveway job was more complicated than expected due to heavy clay that needed to be cleared for the driveway extension. They brought in a larger excavator and were able to get through the job. They worked through the weekend to get the job done, and I am happy with the results. I would hire again."

"Craig did a great job installing the recharge system for us. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. He gave me multiple options for how the drainage could be handled and walked through the pros and cons of each one so I could decide what made the most sense for my budget. I never felt like he was pushing one solution, he just explained what would work best and why. Once we decided on the approach, the work was done efficiently and neatly. Craig showed up when he said he would and kept me updated throughout the process. The excavation and installation were done cleanly, and the area was left in good shape when everything was finished. Overall I’m really happy with how everything came out and the drainage has been working the way it should, especially after all that snow. I’d definitely recommend Craig to anyone who needs drainage or excavation work done. I would post pictures but he restored the area so well you can barely tell the work was done."

During his inspection he checked every possible issue that could be causing the problems. He explained the repair processes necessary and showed me as he was doing them.
