"Mary in the was very responsive. The men came on time, assessed the work to be done and got the toilets and did the job. They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up every step of the way He even fixed a part that wasn't done right by the builder's plumber (at no additional charge). Along with honoring their Angie's List coupon, they took an additional $25.00 off the price because I did 2 toilets at the same time. I was very satisfied with the service AND so much more comfortable on the thrones.

Our pricing is very simple: we charge a $175 service fee, and $150 per hour for Lead Electricians, $115 per hour for Second Electricians, and $85 to $95 per hour for Helpers. , plus parts for electrical, drain work and appliances. We service all brands of portable and stand by generators. Work before 6 am as well as night after 6pm, weekends and holidays is subject to additional charges. "Erik came on time. I appreciated that before starting he reviewed the quote with me, so that I knew upfront how much I was going to pay, My problem was a clogged kitchen sink drain. Erik managed to fix the issue even though the clog was quite far in the pipe. I would hire him again."

"Overall, a great job. Installers were professional, courteous and hard working. Cleaned up, vacuumed. Installed by Jake M., Kevin, Zach P, and Bill. There was a plumbing issue and the installers immediately had Bill, master plumber, come out to fix it. Took 2 days instead of one due to the plumbing issue. My only complaint is that my salesman, Drew W. did not call me back when I reached out to him with a concern. Very happy with the finished project. "Len is a real pro...job was done right. The service was not cheap. We would want Len for any future work. Customer service was not so great...if fact they were a little nasty accusing me of not responding to a follow up call. Never received a call.
