"Excellent. Ralph and Peter arrived on time both days, looked at what was requested and detailed their suggestions due to age and deterioration of pipes and fixtures. The new fixtures are much higher quality and corroded pipes were replaced, everything was wiped clean, vacuumed and received instructions on usage to ensure no issues. Rates quoted were very competitive especially given that they upgraded the fixtures and installed new pipes.
