"My family had the pleasure of contracting John and his crew to remodel our kitchen. We live in a nearly century-old house that was not properly cared for by the previous owner, and our original kitchen showed it. John helped us plan out a full remodel with new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, flooring, and ceiling (the latter two were originally slanted and uneven). He was communicative and thorough during the planning phase and his crew was always on time, professional, and thorough during the actual construction work. "The end product is nice. My kitchen is very nice and functional and the basement is definitely better with the new door and bilco door. However the estimated timeframe of my project was supposed to be a month and a half however everything was completed within 3 months. There were times where they were not working on my house for weeks. Had to remind them numerous times on things that were not completed. I asked for the detailed listing of expenses that included material cost and labor compared to the budget and never received that."
