"Julio and his team sanded and refinished about 2,000 sf. of 100-year-old hardwood in our home, as well as adding new flooring to match the old where we had made some changes to the structure. This included some fine detail work. They were fantastic! The crew was punctual, came with a great attitude, and did very clean work. When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new. Julio was good at explaining the process and keeping communication open throughout. His recommendations were good, he understood what we were going for and we are very happy with the finished result. I wish every contractor was this professional!"

Russ is very knowledgeable about wood flooring and steered us to the best option and best value. He was dedicated to providing us with a quality installation and went the extra mile to deliver. We accidentally scratched the new flooring when moving furniture into the first completed room. Russ was able to cut and replace the scratched boards. We offered to pay for this extra effort, but Russ declined to charge for the work. We look forward to working with Russ again on some additional rooms!"
