I had some areas with vinyl flooring and some with ceramic flooring and I wanted it all updated to hardwood flooring. They did a terrible job on the floors. There were some areas of the house that already had hardwood flooring and they were supposed to refinish the floors so that they would all match. The color is the same but there is no shine to them, they look like they were done years ago. The floors creek every time you step on them, the company told me they were creeking because they were new, but they are still creeking and it gets worse with time. There are also nails popping up everywhere, my husband and I have to take a hammer to some of the nails to hammer them back to the floor. There are also some boards that did not get nails put in, so some have nails that are popping up and some that don't even have the nails. I tried contacting them several times with no success. I even went to the owner's house begging her to get back with me and she promised she would, but never did. I think they must have gone out of business and I was their last un-lucky customer. I tried to resolve it with the BBB, but the company never answered.
