We recently had an HVAC system installed in one of our units and the home is rather large and is over 100 years old and there was not a whole lot of empty space to work with. The guys at Laury were able to install the system and all of the duct work and components involved neatly with the age and make-up of the home in-mind. They were pleasant throughout the entire installation which took almost a week. They were always on time and always communicated the process with us. So I am turning to the almighty review as my only recourse. We hired Harris to install a new hot water heater and expansion tank. The estimate process was great and I was talked into a "Happy Home Membership". I was told it was $100 a year, but when I received the invoice, it was $119. Okay, not a big deal. But I did have to ask twice for the invoice. On the morning of installation day, I took our dog to day camp early and rushed home. Start time was 9am. No one arrived or called. At 10am I called the main number. I was told it appeared our tech was "just getting his day started". Really??? I was put through to dispatch for an ETA. No one answered. By 11am, with still no word from anyone, I called again. I was told our tech had called out a short time ago. At this point I was angry and frustrated and"
