The issue I had seemed small to the untrained eye, but Brady immediately noticed the previous owners of my house I just recently purchased had been dumping grease for years. The issue was not in my sink or P Trap lines but rather in the lines in my basement. Brady and his partner diagnosed it quickly and efficiently and had to cut out a lot of pipes after exhausting all other options. I was very impressed how they were able to pinpoint the exact section of piping and replaced it making the sink line brand new again. Called Ryan & Company to come take a look and the owner Bill came to take a look later that day. Sent out his technician Brandon, who was at our house at 8 AM the next morning to do the repairs. After fixing the leaking shower, we decided he should check the toilet and sink as well to be safe.
