We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. "Jerry is a friendly and knowledgeable guy - he was able to change some lightbulbs in a fixture that was precariously placed in our stairway, and he hung two wooden floating shelves on difficult lath and plaster walls. He made sure the shelves were very strongly supported with toggle bolts, since there was only one stud to work with. I’d hire Jerry again for future work on the house."

Wendy even assisted with design. Staff always cleaned up everyday and they even became friends with my two dogs. You hear about nightmare remodels but mine was wonderful and it was a large job. "Danny and his team are the best. His prices are reasonable. He is very honest. He starts his jobs very early, he explains the work that will be done, he is very particular and detail oriented. He makes sure that the job is done correctly. Danny has extensive knowledge about homes. He replaced a leaking pipe that lead to the roof in my attic, installed plywood in my attic for storage, repaired a leak in my roof, replaced shingles on the roof, installed ceiling storage racks and shelving in my garage and he shows you different aspects of the job as he is working on it. . Everything was done perfectly and he cleaned up when he was finished. There is nothing that he cannot do. And most of all, he is a very nice and courteous person. I will be contacting him again for additional projects."

"I wish JA Drywall was a builder and could have done my whole addition. After the builder I hired flaked and I was left to finish my addition on my own. Juan was one of the first contractors I spoke with for the items that needed to be done. Juan is very friendly and knows his drywall and most other phases of construction. Because I was finishing this on my own the schedule was filled with changes and delays. I gave Juan weakly updated on inspections and progress and he kept me loosely in the loop for when I was ready to rock. When the inspectors gave to go ahead for Sheetrock Juan and the boys Unloaded the truck and got to work ASAP. They hung all the drywall In record time, I think Juan was even impressed with his guys. I am picky and I will tell you the drywall was straight,dent free ,dead on cuts and No broken corners! Taping took about a week , Juan will say its paint ready but it's amazingly nice, Straight and clean. Just some minor touch up and prime. I was making arrangement for getting rid of there trash because I Have no dumpster on site, surprised me! There cuts are so good there was hardly any waste. They took any trash with them. His website says he does what he says he is going to do, I agree and I'm sure All his other customers do too.

"They come out and provide estimate, on time, when work started they arrived later in the AM than expected but no specific time was set. They installed fence after I showed them where to install. Came home that night to a VERY crooked section of fence. I called they came out next day and fixed it. Installer was very nice."
