These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. He makes sure that the job is done correctly. Danny has extensive knowledge about homes. He replaced a leaking pipe that lead to the roof in my attic, installed plywood in my attic for storage, repaired a leak in my roof, replaced shingles on the roof, installed ceiling storage racks and shelving in my garage and he shows you different aspects of the job as he is working on it. . Everything was done perfectly and he cleaned up when he was finished. There is nothing that he cannot do. And most of all, he is a very nice and courteous person. Juan was prompt to response to my initial phone call, while Isa was out the next day (a holiday weekend nonetheless) to measure and get us a very reasonable estimate. "They come out and provide estimate, on time, when work started they arrived later in the AM than expected but no specific time was set. They installed fence after I showed them where to install. Came home that night to a VERY crooked section of fence. I called they came out next day and fixed it. Installer was very nice."
