We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. "Juan had his crew come out and do the work.  We had water damage from water heater failure.  They did a great job repairing drywall, repairing base boards, and painting.  They worked with me on the schedule.  They kept area clean.  Would definitely use again.

"Montco Fence did a great job. The installers were very professional and did exceptional work. The office staff is terrible, they didn't bother to call when they needed to reschedule due to weather and whenever I called they wouldn't call back. But don't let the lousy office deter you, the installers and quality of the work were well worth the hassle. I had a minor issue with the gates and (once I spoke to the office) the installers returned within 24 hours and fixed the issue."

"We have a Laundry room that also include a 1/2 bath. John was contracted to remodel both the laundry room and the 1/2 bathroom.

Overall, John and his team did a great job. They were highly responsive, adapted to minor changes that needed to be made to the plans after demo, and was excellent in communicating back to us with any questions or changes. Have had many bad experiences in the past where a contractor would just make a decision and go with it rather than run it by us to see if we are ok with the change. Refreshingly, that was not an issue with John.

If there was any minor issue we encountered, it would have been with the tidiness of some of the work. Structurally on point, but could have been cleaner on the finish. However, this was also not a point that my wife and I emphasized and this was for our laundry room, so it wasn't that big of a concern.

I would definitely recommend John to anyone and will probably be reaching out to him for other work that we are planning to have done to our home."
