"Due to below freezing temperatures this winter, I had a pipe in my garage burst (the pipe was garage facing, not behind the walls). "Their work and professionalism were top-notch. The inspection turned up problems in both the crawlspace and attic, but the attic problem is related to a roofing issue. Rather than do a "patch job" there that would have required re-doing in the near future, Restore You gave the honest evaluation that the roofing work needed to be done first so their remediation work would hold up. They will return when the roofing is done. In the meantime, they completed mold remediation and full insulation in the crawlspace, and even worked through the weekend to get the job done."

The technician Ben arrived early. He was very thorough, meticulous, neat & clean. He showed us what he needed to do and what he found. He cleaned the back of the dryer & wiped the dirt on the floor that the vacuum could not remove due to several years of accumulation. Initially we just wanted duct & dyer vent cleaning. After seeing that the vent hose was crushed & leaking we decided to replace it . We had used another company years ago to do similar service & they could not compare with the outstanding job that was done by Ben. I really needed estimates on a variety of services, anything from insulation to a quote on a bathroom upgrade to replacing my front door! Kip arrived on time, as scheduled and was so very knowledgeable and helpful. I initially called to get a quote on a bathroom remodel, and after reviewing specs and ideas, we ended up talking about my airflow and how the AC seemed to be uneven from floor to floor. Kip took a look at each floor and provided some DIY tips that would improve airflow. I was so relieved that I finally found an honest contractor. I've waited a while to provide a review to see how efficient his suggestions were, and they worked! With Kip's help and a little of my time, I've improved my air flow tremendously, and saved so much money in the process. "We met a couple of times to review the job in December/January, and I chose to schedule it in February. They arrived bright and early on the appointed day and got right to work. There were always 3-5 guys here, so the work went VERY quickly. They were done within about 7 days, which was the estimated time frame. They did some amazing duct work to get the ceiling to be flat (see before pictures of hanging duct work). The effect of this was amazing on the final project. The painting and drywall work was superb, as was the insulation work. The recessed lights gives the image of a higher ceiling than it is (which is what we were going for). I think the pictures below speak for themselves. The project ended up costing a little more (about $1500 more) due to additional things that I wanted done as the project progressed (more lighting, additional duct work, trim work). You will not be disappointed with these gentlemen, they do fantastic work!"

"I'll start off by saying that Right Way originally installed an interior french drain for us in 2003. Soon after we had our basement finished. From that time on we never had to worry about a flooded basement. It was a big job and they were awesome! When our sump pump started making noises last week, I called in the morning and Al came out that day. He fixed our issue then had another installer came back out the following day to install a new backup system. I would highly recommended these guys!
