"Due to below freezing temperatures this winter, I had a pipe in my garage burst (the pipe was garage facing, not behind the walls). While I was thankfully home when this occurred and shutoff the water within 10-15 minutes, portions of my drywall got soaked, leading to cosmetic damage. Rather than do a "patch job" there that would have required re-doing in the near future, Restore You gave the honest evaluation that the roofing work needed to be done first so their remediation work would hold up. "We rented out our townhouse for 5 years & just a few months ago occupied it after the lease expired. After doing research to find companies that advertised for duct & Dryer cleaning we saw Dean's Services spotlighted in Angie's list. It was scheduled for 7/29 between 11:00 & 1 pm. The technician Ben arrived early. He was very thorough, meticulous, neat & clean. He showed us what he needed to do and what he found. He cleaned the back of the dryer & wiped the dirt on the floor that the vacuum could not remove due to several years of accumulation. Initially we just wanted duct & dyer vent cleaning. After seeing that the vent hose was crushed & leaking we decided to replace it . We had used another company years ago to do similar service & they could not compare with the outstanding job that was done by Ben. There are many that advertise for the same service but if you want exemplary results &service, our experience speaks for itself with this company. We are pleased with the quality of work Ben did.

"We needed a complete gut of the kitchen. We also put new flooring in the living room/dining room. Kip is very reasonable in all his pricing. Our project manager was Greg and his team was Mike, Scott and Mel.  I remember a conversation with Kip before hiring him where he told me about how it is not an easy process for him to hire a member of his crew.  He can't just hire anyone.  It's no wonder he gets good reviews  - if his other crews are like who we had.  They are very honest, completely trusted them in our home alone.  They are hard working - I was here with them for some of the days and I am not sure they even stopped for lunch. Mel stayed one evening until after 6:30 to finish grouting the kitchen floor.  My husband was impressed saying that shows she was not in a rush, she took her time and it shows because it came out great. Everything was going smooth and looking great until the peninsula was put in and I felt it was too far into the kitchen.  I had a meltdown over it and after Greg, Mike and Scott listening to me, they calmly told me they would figure it out.  So they moved it back more into the dining room and not only that, instead of drywall on the back of it, Greg put leftover wood pieces from the cabinet order and it looks fantastic. My husband cannot stop talking about it.   Scott has calmed me down over a few things.  I thought the microwave above the range was going to stick out too much and he assured me it would be ok, he was right, it looks great. He is very easy to talk to.  I drove him crazy with the placement of the handles on the cabinets.  He just joked about it.  We have had other major projects done and have never been completely satisfied.  This crew was very friendly, skilled and knowledgeable.  We could not be happier with the kitchen and we will be calling Kip up again in a few years when we do our upstairs bathroom.

"We met a couple of times to review the job in December/January, and I chose to schedule it in February. They arrived bright and early on the appointed day and got right to work. There were always 3-5 guys here, so the work went VERY quickly. They were done within about 7 days, which was the estimated time frame. They did some amazing duct work to get the ceiling to be flat (see before pictures of hanging duct work). The effect of this was amazing on the final project. The painting and drywall work was superb, as was the insulation work. The recessed lights gives the image of a higher ceiling than it is (which is what we were going for). I think the pictures below speak for themselves. The project ended up costing a little more (about $1500 more) due to additional things that I wanted done as the project progressed (more lighting, additional duct work, trim work). You will not be disappointed with these gentlemen, they do fantastic work!"

"I'll start off by saying that Right Way originally installed an interior french drain for us in 2003. Soon after we had our basement finished. From that time on we never had to worry about a flooded basement. It was a big job and they were awesome! When our sump pump started making noises last week, I called in the morning and Al came out that day. He fixed our issue then had another installer came back out the following day to install a new backup system. I would highly recommended these guys!
