The insulation was original to the ~30 year old house, so we know it's about time to get it done. Alex checked both spaces and showed us photos of problem areas. We have an estimate and Alex explained the details of the work involved. The team came within the week (we lucked out to take the spot of a cancellation), and everything was done as expected. There was a lot of work to remove old insulations, vacuum all debris, sanitize the space, seal all air gaps, install baffles, rodent proof, and install new insulation. The work was completed in around 6 hours, the spaces are now clean and tidy - quite unbelievable given how they were before. "There is a little bit of a language barrier because they speak spanish. It was difficult to communicate with them. They were fairly responsive, everything is done through email because I don't think he likes talking on the phone as much because of the language barrier. They didn't come out to show up for the work and din't call me but they showed up for the estimate. I just didn't feel comfortable with them doing the work so I didn't go with them."
