"Contacted Master Attic via Angi and Alex, the technician came to evaluate our attic and crawl space (2 separate spaces in our house). We heard critter noises and our upstairs was hot in the summer. The insulation was original to the ~30 year old house, so we know it's about time to get it done. Alex checked both spaces and showed us photos of problem areas. We have an estimate and Alex explained the details of the work involved. The team came within the week (we lucked out to take the spot of a cancellation), and everything was done as expected. There was a lot of work to remove old insulations, vacuum all debris, sanitize the space, seal all air gaps, install baffles, rodent proof, and install new insulation. "We had a cracked ceiling and sagging ceilings in 3 rooms, and a portion of drywall hanging but off the nails, larry and his son, replaced the broken pieces and shored up the rest with drywall nails, and insulation, and in some cases new drywall. A dirty, difficult job, which had to be done two days in a row as it required furniture moved and painters to follow. He recommended a painter for us as well, which allowed us to set the whole thing up for one week of inconvenience, but got the job done. He and his son were pleasant as well which helped through this trying experience. Since this problem is uniform through our development we had seen where ceilings had caved in on others and were caving in slowly on the rest and wanted this done before anything fell down on us and hurt us or guest. Larry cut out two days to do 3 rooms, which allowed us to set the painter up for completion. We also had to bring in a electrician to shore up a ceiling fan now that the ceilings were set properly."

"We were extremely pleased with Kip and his team.  Our master bath shower pan was leaking due to an improper install several years ago which was performed by a different contractor.  Kip, unlike some other contractors we called, knew exactly how to fix the problem. As we expected, the work required was extensive, including removing and replacing drywall on the laundry room ceiling, removing side and floor tiles within the shower, reinforcing the damaged floor, added a new shower pan and replacing the tiles.   Kip provided a thorough estimate, for what we felt was a fair price, and we were able to schedule a time to have the work done shortly after our initial contact.  The work was completed in a timely and professional matter.  When remodel was complete, the glass doors leaked slightly.  This was not a problem, as we called Kip and he came out right away to fix it.  All work he performed is guaranteed under warranty for 10 years.  I wish we used Millennium Remodeling the first time we remodeled the bathroom!  I would definitely recommend Kip and his team at Millennium to anyone who is looking for quality, professional service."

"They had very good availability. They came and did everything as fast as they could. It was very convenient that way. The bad would be that they painted the window seal white. It had previously been a dark color, and I am not sure if they primed it good enough. You can still see the dark color through it. If we used them again we would go over our specifications a little more carefully before hand."
