"I RECENTLY HAD MY ATTIC INSULATION REPLACED BY MASTER ATTIC. ALEX CAME OUT RIGHT ON SCHEDULE AND GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE. ( I DID HAVE 4 OTHER ESTIMATES) THE CREW LEAD BY ROBERTO WAS AMAZING. THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE, CAREFUL IN MAKING SURE THE AREA WAS SEALED OFF AND WERE VERY CAREFUL OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN REMOVING OLD INSULATION , VACUUMING OUT THE ATTIC ,SPRAYED AREA AND SEALED ANY OPENINGS. BEFORE THEY BROUGHT IN NEW INSULATION, THEY ASKED ME IF I WISHED TO TO VIEW THE ATTIC AND I DID. I WAS AMAZED EVEN AT THIS POINT, HOW CLEANED EVERYTHING LOOKED . (THIS INSULATION HAD BEEN UP THERE FOR 70 YEARS) NEW INSULATION WAS INSTALLED AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THE CREWED CLEANED UP EVERYTHING , EVEN VACUUMED THE AREA IN THE ROOM. ALL BAGS OF OLD INSULATION WERE REMOVED PROMPTLY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE."

"Due to below freezing temperatures this winter, I had a pipe in my garage burst (the pipe was garage facing, not behind the walls). Rather than do a "patch job" there that would have required re-doing in the near future, Restore You gave the honest evaluation that the roofing work needed to be done first so their remediation work would hold up. They will return when the roofing is done. In the meantime, they completed mold remediation and full insulation in the crawlspace, and even worked through the weekend to get the job done."

"We were extremely pleased with Kip and his team.  Our master bath shower pan was leaking due to an improper install several years ago which was performed by a different contractor.  Kip, unlike some other contractors we called, knew exactly how to fix the problem. As we expected, the work required was extensive, including removing and replacing drywall on the laundry room ceiling, removing side and floor tiles within the shower, reinforcing the damaged floor, added a new shower pan and replacing the tiles.   Kip provided a thorough estimate, for what we felt was a fair price, and we were able to schedule a time to have the work done shortly after our initial contact.  The work was completed in a timely and professional matter.  When remodel was complete, the glass doors leaked slightly.  This was not a problem, as we called Kip and he came out right away to fix it.  All work he performed is guaranteed under warranty for 10 years.  I wish we used Millennium Remodeling the first time we remodeled the bathroom!  I would definitely recommend Kip and his team at Millennium to anyone who is looking for quality, professional service."

"There is a little bit of a language barrier because they speak spanish. It was difficult to communicate with them. They were fairly responsive, everything is done through email because I don't think he likes talking on the phone as much because of the language barrier. They didn't come out to show up for the work and din't call me but they showed up for the estimate. I just didn't feel comfortable with them doing the work so I didn't go with them."
