The insulation was original to the ~30 year old house, so we know it's about time to get it done. Alex checked both spaces and showed us photos of problem areas. We have an estimate and Alex explained the details of the work involved. The team came within the week (we lucked out to take the spot of a cancellation), and everything was done as expected. There was a lot of work to remove old insulations, vacuum all debris, sanitize the space, seal all air gaps, install baffles, rodent proof, and install new insulation. "I called Restore You and the owner Art Sulik came to my home at my convenience. He surveyed unerdneath my home and found mold on the floor structure and moisture and water on the ground. He removed the existing insulation, cleaned the wood with hydrogen peroxide product, followed through with an anti microbial. After everything dried they Hepa vac the wood to remove any mold spores which are allergens. Then fogged everything with Timbor fungicide Disodium Ocyabotate tetrahydrate (boron). The foundation walls inside the crawlspace were painted with Dry lok extreme, a waterproof paint. A vapor Barrier 6 Mil was added to the ground. His work was exceptional! I was very pleased. I highly recommend Restore You for any moisture, mold or water problems."

Again, overall, it was done well; however, we had to repeatedly point out several spots that needed to be 're-prepped' and repainted. Hardwood flooring was installed in a bedroom and hallway. No issues at all with this. The floors look beautiful.
