"Prayer answered! Our church was ghosted by our original contractor prior to his building a disability ramp for our rental building that he had contracted with us. Thankfully, Angi’s List connected us with NB Woodworks, LLC. Anthony responded quickly to our need. Listening to concerns of both landlord and tenant, he provided helpful logistical suggestions. He managed efficiently all aspects of the project, deciphering difficult to read architectural drawings and working with the city on our behalf to expedite permits and inspections. He kept regular communication with us regarding the project’s progress, issues, and city requirements. Anthony braved freezing weather to finish the ramp for us in a timely fashion, and we are most grateful to him, Thanks to NB Woodworks, our rental now has ADA safe access and our tenant has full use of the building space. If you seek a reliable, expert and efficient experience, definitely consider NB Woodworks for your next project,"

"Very professional and fast. Great price as well! If you don’t feel like putting together tricky furniture pieces, CALL THEM. I have more projects I am going to hire them for! I already told family and friends."

"We started out with a budget just for the kitchen to repaint the kitchen cabinets, replace the flooring with porcelain tiles, redo the peninsula, use quartz for the counter tops, add recess lighting, and center the lighting fan. Into the job, based on Harvey's excellent advice, we decided to get new kitchen cabinets, have Harvey and his team build storage cabinets above the new cabinets instead of having a soffit built in that open space. We also had a pantry rebuilt by Harvey and his team as well. Lastly we had the peninsula changed to an island with cabinets added underneath as well. Also, we decided to redo the small (powder) bathroom on the main floor. Harvey and his team were awesome. He was very patient in allowing us to make changes to the original plans that turned out quite outstanding. His team always showed up early for work. The quality of the work was simply outstanding. Instead of half doing things like what we got with the Home Depot contractors in years prior, Harvey and his team took things back to the studs and made sure the things were built the right way. I now feel very confident about what is behind the walls and how the work was done. I will attached pictures of the kitchen and bathroom by next week. We are still putting things back into the new cabinets now and etc. We are extremely happy with the work Harvey and his team did. We intend to use them for a few other projects in the future. If you're really thinking about having work done on your home, I would highly recommend that you speak with Harvey to have his team come to do an amazing job for you as well. He will work with you on to provide competitive pricing. In the end it's all about quality work that you can feel great about. We feel great!!!!!!! :)"

"AVSTEP was great to work with, the team started earlier than expected and completely fixed my foundation, not only with replacement block and cement, but added two different types of waterproofing as well. When additional wood rot was found on top of the foundation, they were able to repair that as well without adding more time to the project. The heavy brick and mortar waste from the building was promptly removed like it was never there. Would recommend AVSTEP for future building needs."

"From the first call through job completion, Anthony and Eddie were responsive and professional. Called them to price molding for my entire downstairs. Wound up having them install 2 new kitchen windows as well. The crew showed up on time. Covered all items to protect, laid down drop cloths the entire path from driveway through the downstairs. The molding install was done extremely well. All gaps filled, all molding painted before install, nail holes filled and repainted. Cleaned up and took all trash. A very nice job at a fair price. Would certainly use them again"

"Alex and Nelson did an excellent job fixing my old basement stairs. Alex responded to my request for service the same day, and completed the project the following day."

"Lou was the right choice on assembling and installing an oversized wooden swing set! It was done in a timely matter, was very neat and super organized. Of course some pieces not correct quickly Lou made a trip to Home Depot and picked up what was needed. Thanks Lou! And we would definitely have him back for any big or small jobs!"

"The rep, Niles, from this construction company is very friendly and very accommodating. He is also very attentive to details. I also ended up using this company for another home project that I have and will keep them in mind for other future projects. Friendly, dependable, and reliable."
