John called me back that night and he was at my home the next day to give us an estimate on the work to be done. John and Lou came to the house at the time they had promised and started their work. You never would've know that sanding had been done because they were meticulous and cleaned everything before they left. We contacted them again a day later because there was one spot on the ceiling that didn't take right away. Unlike other contractors, John returned my email right away and he and Lou were here the next day. My dining room ceiling looks as good as new! A family owned business that I would call again and again."

I would suggest, if you're only getting the outside windows cleaned, that you clean the windows on the inside first. I did, and it was easier for Tom to make the corrections to the buffing.
