"Anthony Nastasi of NB Woodworks, LLc, has our highest recommendation. He has worked with us over the past year on a variety of projects aimed at refurbishing and improving our home. This has included exterior trim replacement, replacing a box window with a French door and side light unit, and replacing a large unusually sized window. He also built a beautiful mahogony deck. Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks. We highly recommend Anthony's carpentry skill, as well as his problem solving, planning and coordination skills. He is also a dependable, honest person of fine character."
"A few days after we signed the contract, they arrived to deliver materials and to begin removing the old deck. That was on a Friday. They continued to work Saturday and Monday, and completed building the replacement deck on Tuesday. The new deck and set of stairs seem very safe and they look great! The carpenters who rebuilt this deck were knowledgeable and always very pleasant. They worked through an awful windstorm, but once they started the job their priority was to complete it. They left everything nice and clean. We will certainly enjoy using this deck this spring and summer!"
"Tony & his crews have always done a great job for me. I've been using their services for at least 15 years now - everything from exterior painting, replacing siding, building new entrance to my deck, etc. Tony responds quickly, he shows up when he says he will, he does what he says he's going to do. I have found his pricing consistent with the high quality of his work. His crews are polite, work hard & always clean-up at the end of each working day. Couldn't be happier."
"Carlos and his team did amazing work for us in our business we need a new ADA Restroom and new wall paints and they was professional and the price was affordable"

"TNN managed our new construction and land development project from scratch. Tim caught MANY errors by the Engineer and Architect before they could become a problem. He made many great suggestions to elevate our original plans. Work quality is great and they take pride in everything they do. Nick did an amazing job on our trapezoid windows and carpentry work.
We highly reccommed TNN and will continue to use them for the next phase of our project (garage) We would be happy to provide a reference and even show the work they completed for our project.

"Freeborn build our deck 16 years ago, then replaced it this year with Trex. This deck is as nice as the first one they built and was finished it in a matter of days. We had a problem with one of the slats lifting up and they were there to fix it the day after we called. Very satisfied with their work and customer service."
"Dennis and his team were so polite, professional, and accommodating. Our windows were in very bad shape and they made them look like new again. Also, they worked around our babies nap schedule and made sure not to paint with any chemicals in baby’s room before nap time without us even asking. We would definitely recommend them and we will be using them for other jobs."
Concrete blocks are the cheapest way to base a shed. However, the space in between allows critters to go under, burrow, and even damage your shed’s frame. For a more pest-proof option, consider building a shed base with gravel or paver stones. Both options are fairly affordable and easy enough for a DIY project. For gravel, you can build a wooden frame to contain the loose material.
Building a tiny house is the least complicated way to build, especially if you’re tackling the project as a DIY. The smaller size means less complex plans, more straightforward utility installation, and fewer ways to make costly errors. Tiny homes still need to conform to building codes and often have other applicable regulations, so be sure to get the proper permits and confirm your build is by the book.
It can, especially with the rising popularity of treehouses that go beyond the ones designed for kids. Adults can now use them as office spaces, yoga studios, or quiet treetop retreats. That said, a treehouse can appeal to families with children or adults who might want to convert it into a space of their own. Depending on the buyer, they may be willing to pay extra for the unique feature.
It is almost always more affordable to buy an existing home than to build a new one. Building a home involves numerous costs, including labor, permits, inspections, utility hookups, and brand-new materials, finishes, and appliances. Additionally, new construction loans can have higher interest rates than traditional mortgages, and property taxes on new homes are often higher, increasing long-term costs. An exception is a DIY house build, which can be cheaper than buying an existing home if you do the labor yourself. While building is generally more expensive, a new custom home offers complete control over the layout and design. Furthermore, new construction is typically worth more than a comparable pre-owned home and may provide a better return on investment if sold quickly.
If you can’t repair and repurpose your shed, it might be possible to sell it, donate it, or salvage parts rather than them just ending up in a landfill. Professional junk removal services will advise you on what can and will be recycled. You may also want to keep some parts to upcycle them for other projects around your home. Turning planks from your memory-filled wooden shed into a coffee table or bed headboard is good for the environment and the soul.
