The dust got into the returns and created a uncomfortable situation. Once all the work was done I purchased the duct cleaning from Lowes using the coupon deal they promoted on this site. I then called and they to scheduled me for the service promptly . They called ahead the day before to confirm the appointment, they then called the day of the appointment to let me know they were on the way.
